Megan Flanagan is based in the picturesque landscapes of Golden/Lakewood, Colorado. She has lived in 9 different states across the U.S., exploring diverse running terrains and cultures along the way. As an avid ultra-runner, her longest distance to date is 100 miles, and she is gearing up for her third one this year!
Her coaching philosophy revolves around the whole person, not just the runner. She takes into account factors like sleep, stress, nutrition, mindset, career, and family/social life, recognizing how they impact performance. Embracing the journey is key; every step, every hurdle, and every victory along the way contributes to your ultimate success.
She can be found learning ukulele, savoring anything ginger or pumpkin flavored, or hanging with her goofy Goldendoodle, her favorite running buddy (but the most fair weather one out there). She has also been on an adventurous reality TV show, Tracked (don’t rely on her for navigation, especially with a compass).
Are you ready to lace up your shoes and embark on this transformative running journey together? She is! Let’s do this!
Megan is one of the Coaches for the 2024 Zion 100-Mile Challenge and will be hosting her virtual group coaching sessions on Wednesdays 4pm – 5pm PT.
